Michelle Trachtenberg attended the Charlotte Russe Fall 2009 launch party in New York City on Wednesday (July 15).
The "Gossip Girl" star looked like a rock star rocking out blue heels, black tights, a black dress cinched at the waist, black nail polish, a studded bracelet and a matching star studded clutch.
