Among those on the long list of nasty celebrity divorcees, Kelly Rutherford was spotted out yesterday (July 7) in Los Angeles handing over her son, Hermés, to soon-to-be ex, Daniel Giersch.
The “Gossip Girl” actress looked nautical in a horizontal red and white striped top with white pants, but did not look pleased as she passed her child to his father.
