Bagopeia's Comment: The Cuir leather offers a waxed and oiled hard shell which keep the bag in shape for such a large bag (15.4" W). Bagopeida loves the cuir leather. It is the boiled leather with oil and wax. That makes the leather harder and more brittle. It looks rich and feel smooth. You can even fix a scratch by polish it.

This bag has a simple but elegant design with a linen lining. The execution is wonderful. It totally focuses on the details. The stitches are beautifully done. No wonder why some brands charge more than others for a similar bag.

We all know whom the bag named after. The new Jackie O. bag has a larger body, oversized tassels, removable strap, and new colors. There are many materials you can choose from- Leather, python, Monogram canvas with leather, or leather in Monogram. I have the leather one, my favorite one is the python which costs $5,700.00.

Salma Hayek her husband Francois-Henri Pinault take their daughter Valentina Pinault out for lunch with friends and family on Sunday (September 13) in Malibu, Calif.

Valentina, who turns two later this month, spent some quality time with her dad at Beverly Glen Park on Thursday.

Salma carries a Balenciaga Arena Giant Brief ($1,695.00 Barneys New York). I like the look and the lambskin of the Balenciaga Arena style bags. These bags are light-weight, roomy, and trendy. The snaps are not solid which reduce a lot of weight. But recently Balenciaga has been making a lot of bags that look very similar. That is very confusing. The Giant Brief is the one I like to have. I won't usually consider carrying a Balenciaga Arena style bag to work, but I do feel very comfortable carrying this one. The short handle drop gives the bag a very briefcase look. The depth is ideal- 5", so you don't feel you are carrying a balloon.

When it comes to dining out, Salma Hayek wants the best seat at the restaurant!

The actress reportedly threw a fit at Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont hotel on Wednesday because she wanted to eat at the restaurant, but didn’t have a reservation and she could not be seated - then going a little crazy.

Salma carries a Yves Saint Laurent Downtown bag in black crocodile ($1595.00 for patent leather +). I was not in love with it the first sight. Many years later after seeing many celebrities carrying them, it still doesn't make more want to own it. Every time I saw photos that people carrying this bag I saw the bag carries the person. I am not a big fan on that. Bags are your accessories, not your boss. To me, this bag is too strong in structure and design, not an easy bag to work with. It seems to me the bag is getting more attention than its owner.
