2009.10.22Back home on the west coast, Hilary Duff was spotted out getting prettied up at Ken Paves Hair Salon in West Hollywood on Thursday (October 22).
After spending three hours getting her hair done, the former “Lizzie McGuire” star ended up running into a bit of a problem as she exited the salon - getting a parking ticket from local patrolmen.
